Weft drawing-in: the weft drawing-in method adopts space four-link mechanism, which drives the reciprocating motion of the sword belt wheel through the sector gear. The left side of the weft supply, the middle of the handover, excellent sword head clamping weft way, to ensure that the weft yarn smooth handover. Narrow sword belt is suspended guide hook shuttleway; wide sword belt is velvet shuttleway without guide hook.

Weft-beating: the weft-beating mechanism is designed on both sides of the car, which increases the rigidity of the weft-beating mechanism, the weft-beating force and the balance of movement, which is conducive to high-speed weaving, and the effect is more obvious especially in the weaving of high weft-density and heavy fabrics.

Electrical control system: 32-bit CPU microcomputer control system is adopted, with accurate and sensitive control action, process parameters can be input by panel, USB or wireless, automatic detection of loom operation faults and classification statistics, automatic collection of operation data from each machine, real-time understanding of the production situation of the machine (efficiency, output, scheduling, etc.), and functions of networking group control, remote control and online diagnosis.

Lubrication and cooling system: adopting separate oil pump motor-driven oil circuit, closed mandatory circulation lubrication system and forced water-cooling mechanism to ensure normal temperature rise of the machine, ensure that the moving parts get good lubrication and prolong the life of the machine parts.

Colour selection: stepping motor controlled rotary high-speed electronic weft selector, colour selection mechanism can match up to 16 colours.

Warp feeding: servo electronic warp feeding, digital closed-loop control of constant tension weaving, from full to empty shaft tension fluctuation is small.

Winding: servo electronic winding, can achieve variable weft density weaving.
