Technological innovation is the core driving force behind Kingtex’s sustainable growth. With a senior R&D team and strong engineering capabilities, Kingtex continuously advances rapier loom technology to meet the evolving demands of global textile manufacturing.

Industry Recognition & Technical Platforms

Kingtex serves as a supporting unit of the Guangdong Enterprise Technology Center, Guangdong Engineering Technology Research and Development Center, and the China Textile Machinery Industry Product Research and Development Center. We also act as a drafting unit for the national textile industry standard for Flexible Rapier Looms, reflecting our leading role in technological development.

Intellectual Property & Patents

To protect technological innovation, Kingtex has established a dedicated Intellectual Property Office and has been recognized as an Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise in Shunde District. The company holds 25 intellectual property rights, including invention patents, utility model patents, design patents, and software copyrights. The proprietary weft insertion transmission mechanism is a key invention enhancing loom stability and efficiency.

Standard Formulation & Enterprise Specifications

As a main drafting unit, Kingtex participated in the formulation of the national textile industry standard Flexible Rapier Loom (FZ/T 94004-2009). In addition, we have established five enterprise-level product standards to ensure consistent technical performance and reliable product quality.

R&D Projects & Government Programs

Kingtex has undertaken multiple national and provincial-level R&D projects, including NDRC central budget investment programs, Ministry of Science and Technology Torch Program projects, key technical transformation initiatives, and major industry–university–research projects supported by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

Industry–University–Research Cooperation

Kingtex actively promotes collaborative innovation through long-term cooperation with South China University of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, the National Textile Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and the Shunde IoT Technology Engineering Center.
