The difference between towel loom and ordinary loom

Towel looms appeared in Britain in the early 19th century, and China began to produce automatic towel looms in the 1950 s. The working width of the towel loom is 105~230cm and other different specifications. Towel looms are generally divided into platforms, buildings and broken-off weaving. The loom uses two weaving shafts to send out ground warp yarn and fluffing warp yarn respectively. Through the specific and regular movement of the reed, groups of wefts are pushed to the weaving mouth, so that the fluffing warp yarn forms loops on the surface of the fabric and weaves into towel fabric.

4. How is the towel velvet?. The velvet towel needs to be cut and then brushed. At present, there are also untwisted towels, which use untwisted yarn as the warp. After finishing, the terry feels fluffy and is very soft and comfortable to use.
