This year's government work report mentioned that enterprises should be supported to participate more in the implementation of major scientific and technological projects and the construction of scientific research platforms, and to promote enterprise-led collaborative innovation of industry, university and research. Premier Li Keqiang also particularly emphasized that small, medium and micro enterprises have a lot to do, and they must be supported and given a ride, so that "grassroots" innovation will become a common practice.
Conjecture 4: Increase the pace of "going out" with the help of "the belt and road initiative?
The "Belt and Road Initiative" measure, which aims to borrow the historical symbols of the ancient "Silk Road", is probably the most direct reference to the textile and clothing industry at the two sessions.
