Main Drive	Permanent Magnet Synchronous Super Servo Motor with direct drive, maximum torque 150 N·m; achieves 20%-30% energy savings compared to traditional looms based on actual load torque output.
Weft Insertion	Weft insertion is achieved through a spatial four-bar mechanism, which drives the sword wheel reciprocally via a sector gear. Featuring left-side weft supply and central transfer, the excellent gripper head design ensures smooth weft yarn exchange. Narrow sword band: suspended guided reed tunnel; Wide sword band: felt reed tunnel, unguided.
Beating Up	Conjugate cams drive the beating-up motion, and the separated reed seat enhances the rigidity of the beating-up mechanism, increases beating-up force and improves dynamic balance, thereby enabling high-speed weaving.
Shedding	The underslung electronic dobby shedding mechanism supports up to 20 heald frames.
