Recently, the "2013 China Home Textile Association Towel Professional Committee Annual Meeting" hosted by the China Home Textile Industry Association and undertaken by the Vosges Group was held in Gaomi City, Shandong Province. Yang Zhaohua, President of the China Home Textile Industry Association, and more than 30 from the national towel industry Representatives of key enterprises and industrial clusters attended the meeting.
As an annual professional event in the national towel industry, the successful holding of the "2013 China Home Textile Association Towel Professional Committee Annual Meeting" has an important role in promoting the development of the industry in 2014.
At the meeting, Du Huanfu, secretary-general of the Towel Industry Branch of the National Standardization Committee, first announced the results of the towel health use test obtained by the Towel Professional Committee over a year, and representatives of well-known media companies in the industry introduced the promotion plan for the concept of towel health consumption.
This topic attracted wide attention from the participants. Responsible persons from towel enterprises of major brands and towel industry clusters such as Zibo and Gaoyang respectively held heated discussions on the promotion of the concept of healthy consumption of towels and speeding up the development of towel industry. It is generally believed that under the background of unstable external demand market and great potential of domestic demand market, towel enterprises should pay more attention to the development of domestic market, by changing the concept of towels as traditional daily necessities in the eyes of the public, it will gradually affect and improve the public's consumption habits, so as to create demand, stimulate the growth of domestic demand in the industry, and guide the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. In addition, the representatives of the participating enterprises also put forward many suggestions and opinions on standardizing the towel industry standards, strengthening the brand building of towel enterprises, and playing the role of industry associations.
At the meeting, in response to the development prospects of the towel industry, Sun Yong, vice chairman of the China Home Textile Association and executive director of the Towel Professional Committee, and general manager of the Vosges Group, pointed out that China is in a period of rapid growth and has a huge consumer group and market foundation. The purpose of promoting the concept of healthy towel consumption is to change consumers' consumption patterns, further improve the consumption power of the towel market, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the Chinese towel market. At the same time, from the perspective of the long-term development of the industry, towels will remain irreplaceable for a long time, and their application fields will become increasingly diversified, which provide a very good development space for towel enterprises.
In this regard, Yang Zhaohua said that from the perspective of the economic operation of the industry this year, the international market is changing, and the consumer market is also changing. Enterprises must also adapt to changes in consumer demand and changes in consumption habits through their own changes. In this process, leading companies like Shandong Vosges Group must give full play to their leading role. At the same time, Yang Zhaohua also said that the China Home Textile Industry Association will further increase its support for towel companies, promote the concept of healthy towel consumption, and set an example for market promotion in other professional fields in the home textile industry.
