Jacquard loom is a kind of weaving process equipment, it can produce all kinds of patterns, rich colors and high aesthetic practicality.
When the jacquard loom is blooming, the fabric lines should be observed during the rising and falling of the jacquard rod. One is to require each part of the warp yarn to rise and fall synchronously, that is, every few warp and weft threads have a relatively fixed motion state; The second is to keep an appropriate distance between the main warp and the sub-reed, so as to reduce or avoid the breakage caused by friction and other defects. If a single-arm model is adopted, the acceleration control should be implemented by a method that can stop itself, is not easy to be blown by the wind and has no teeth.
What is the structure of a jacquard loom?
On the jacquard loom, the pattern board is set on the flower tube, one pattern board at a time, and the flower tube is pressed laterally once. When there is a hole on the plate, the front end of the horizontal needle contacts the door plate and the firebox hole, and the straight needle hook is still stuck on the retract. As soon as the knife came up, the straight stab came up, lifting the silk through the first row of hooks and threads. At this time, the slope of the through line of sight also rises, forming an upper layer to prevent pursuit. Hammer on the integrated ring under the silk, relying on its weight when the door is closed. When the plate has no hole, the horizontal needle retreats through the boss and pushes the corresponding straight needle. The hook end of the straight needle pulls out the cutter. The line and slope connected with the straight needle do not rise, and the slope sinks downward, forming a difficult to pursue Lower layer. Therefore, the movement of each bevel depends on whether there are holes or no holes on the plate. The plate holes are rolled according to the design requirements of the pattern and organization, so the movement of the bevel also meets the requirements of the pattern and organization.
